What can be done about roof leaks?

Fixing roof leaks fast is important to prevent further damage. Our roofers will be able to quickly find the cause of the leak, quote for remedial works and carry out the necessary roof repairs.

Will you charge me to visit my home to quote for roof repairs?

No, there are no charges for carrying out a site visit to quote for roof repairs and roofing work.

What areas do your roofers cover?

Precision South East Roofing are based in Tunbridge Wells, but our teams of roofers cover Kent, Sussex, Surrey and South London. If you are unsure if we cover your area, please ask.

How do I arrange for an appointment?

If you call or email our office, we will arrange an appointment to visit your property to inspect the roof to provide a quote for roofing work. We will email a FREE written quotation within 48 hours.

Do I need to fully replace my leaking roof?

In most cases we can repair a roof without needing to fully replace it. The cause of your leaking roof may actually be down to something quite simple such as a damaged tile. If someone tells you that your roof needs to be replaced, make sure you get at least TWO other quotes.

Can you price match?

We believe our prices are really competitive. BEWARE of quotes that are too cheap to be true. Some unscrupulous roofing contractors wil price really low to get the job and surprise surprise, the costs suddenly accelerate, way beyond any of the original competitor roofing quotes.

Can you supply references from your previous roofing work?

Yes, we can. We have many satisfied roofing clients that will be happy to provide a reference.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, ALL of our roofing work is guaranteed. We offer a TEN YEAR guarantee on new roofs.

Are you fully insured to carry out roofing work?

Precision South East Roofing are FULLY covered for public and employers liability insurance.

What is the best roof system for a flat roof?

There are a VARIETY of roofing systems and materials that can be used for a flat roof. We can talk through the options, the pros and cons, the costs and find out what best suits your needs.

Do I need to tell Building Control if I am replacing my roof?

You don't need to obtain planning permission to replace a roof, but you do need to inform BUILDING CONTROL if you are planning to replace a significant portion of your roof. As a general rule, this is if you are replacing over 50% of the area of the roof.

Do your roofers follow health and safety regulations?

The health and safety of the public and our employees is our number one concern. Our roofers are fully trained and every roofing job is fully RISK ASSESSED before we commence work.

Can we buy roofing tiles from you?

No, unfortunately not, but there are LOCAL roofing material suppliers who will be able to assist.
